The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

We all age. Some of us age gracefully, others not so much. It doesn’t even have to do with aging sometimes. You just might not be happy with your big nose, you might have no upper lip, it might be a little thin, or you’re just tired of that fat little piece of skin hanging under your chin, and maybe you wanna be a C or D cup

Does it bother you enough for you to have plastic surgery, or get Botox injection? We’re living in a society today where we make people feel uncomfortable about themselves. So is there anything you would wanna change about yourself physically. Cheekbones, fuller lips, smaller nose, have those barn door ears tucked in a little bit, bigger boobies?

Me personally, I would like to have that jelly stuff shot into my ass cheeks. I had a beautiful bubble ass when I was younger, it looked like an under ripe tomato it was so firm. It just disappeared over the years and I miss it. Changing in the locker room at the gym last week my friend yelled out, hey Jack, who stole your ass

I shared now it’s your turn. And don’t ask me to show you my ass :p

(My editing skills have hit rock bottom today)

:D - For the moment I can still get away with surgery of any kind.

I would consider it for minor cosmetic adjustments, but not anything risky like around the eyes.

For me? Not a chance, I’m perfect just as I am, of course my standards might be low.

My wife has set an appointment with a surgeon to have breast reduction surgery. She has been experiencing back and shoulder pain for a few years, doctors say that her DDs contribute to this. So she decided to do something about the problem by having them reduced to Bs or maybe Cs.

She’s in her early 70s, in good general health, never had children but was infected with the big boob gene. Two of her younger sisters have the same “problem”. My position is to support her decision with one nagging question regarding cost v benefit. Not monetary cost, but physical and emotional cost. There is a six to twelve month recovery period, two months of strict physical exertion limits, two to three weeks of no car travel over 45 minutes.

She is a very independent and active person, these restrictions could really be an emotional strain on her. So, I have asked her to really think about the benefits and are they worth the cost of having to change her routine. Also, would a permanent change in her routine produce the same results, without the risks of surgery?

I think you have a valid point @tenguy Elective surgery seems like a terrible idea to me. What if there are complications while on the operating table? Or during recovery? Are the risks worth it?

But I’m also the phobic one of being put under, so my views all stem from fear lol.

That’s good that you are. A husband should be supportive.

Everyone has to make their own decisions and live with them.

Just curious, @tenguy - What did she say that made you support her?

First, she clearly explained why she wanted to have the surgery, she has had back pains for years from the stress of carrying the load, and wanted the relief. Secondly, one of her friends who had a similar build and back problems, had the procedure done and was happy with the results. Lastly, the doctor’s office got the approval from her insurance carrier.
There was no doubt that she was determined to proceed, and this was her decision, there is no way that I would not support her.

I had a facial basal cell carcinoma removed by a clinic that used MOHS, and included cosmetic surgery as part of the procedure. I still see the scar unless I'm wearing the ZZ top beard I normally keep in place to hide it. I'm just one of those people that going bear my scars for life, I guess.

Since losing 65 pounds, I have some excess belly skin that I would like to eliminate, but other than that, no.

I lost a hundred pounds in my 40's... went from 280 down to 176 and the loose skin... where the hell did it go. Over the past 4 years since age 68 I lost 4o pounds... I'm thinking about having the excess skin converted to an on board fanny pack. Christ.

    @submissively speaking
It’s true that the lived experience is a major factor in making this decision. However, that being said, no two people are alike and individuals may experience different results. ie: I have personally undergone both knees replacement, both eyes had cataract surgeries and cancer treatments that included radiation implants plus radiation treatment. All with spectacular results.

Conversely, several friends and relatives have had poor to devastating results from the same procedures, others were quite satisfied with their results.

My point is, while I have not and will not mention these folks to my wife, I’m very concerned for her future wellbeing.

    1. submissively speaking
I completely understand your being concerned about your wife. Any surgery comes with risks. I’m glad all of your risks were rewarded with easy recovery. Most are, else we wouldn’t do them.

What I’m saying is that living with pain and discomfort every day of your life because of the way your body has grown is miserable. Too much weight in one area of your body that falls outside the norm can throw absolutely everything else out of alignment. That gets ouchy. Chronic pain becomes not only difficult to bear but can weigh heavily on your mental health.

It’s natural to worry about someone who is undertaking risk. It’s also very natural to understand why they are taking the risk.

We had a long heart to heart last night, there is no question that she going ahead with the procedure and I am fully on board.

My wife has always been self conscious about her breast size. She’s been telling me that she would just like to be able to fill her bra. I personally think her breast size fits her perfectly. She’s small and petite and I absolutely love her tits. There perky, firm, and have a little bounce when juggled. I’m dead serious, you can cut a diamond on her nipples, there so out there

She’s been telling me that she’d like to have a boob job for years. She’d like to have a C cup. I don’t know why, but then again I’m not a woman

So I tossed her a roll of toilet paper and told her to rub it up and down between her breasts two times a day. She wanted to know what that was going to do for her tits. I told her, LOOK WHAT IT DID FOR YOUR ASS:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

When I was a teenager, I got my nose broken in a basketball game. It didn't grow back properly, and it caused me to have breathing problems. So about ten years later I got a rhinoplasty, where they basically break it again and then re-set it. The work was done by a plastic surgeon, and while he was doing it, he took the opportunity to fix a couple of other things on the insurance's dime. :D I have been completely happy with it since.

Oh yeah. That part was fine. After the surgery was the problem. They tried shooting me up with Demerol. Well, Demerol does absolutely nothing for me. What helped was Tylenol 3, which was Tylenol with a little bit of codeine in it. It didn't really hurt less, but it made me not care. :D

I would not, but only because I’m scared of surgery and my body is highly reactive to weird things. That being said, I hate seeing faces that are filled with Botox and other things and face lifted beyond all recognition. It’s off putting when a face doesn’t move and there are no natural expression lines. I saw Sandra Bullock in a recent movie and I was sad to see how much work she’s had done. She doesn’t look like her anymore.

Got nothing against on people opting this way to improve their features but I guess it's not for me. Simply because I easily get scars and develop keloids whenever I have wounds. I'd rather not.
My ex was encouraging me to have boob implants. I told him, why don't he do it first

I've had 2 c sections and have what my friend calls a 'fat apron' from it. I'd love to get a tummy tuck. I have a flat butt, so they could take my tummy fat and inject it into my rear. Waste not, want not - amirite?

I have a question for the gals here. Why do women want to change their lips, make them fuller? I have natural full lips as a guy and I don't get the hype lol. I think they are nothing special... But to stay on topic, I think I would rather have some moles removed and hair on unwanted places lol. No botox or anything. Looks so weird, man or woman.
