Description
We know there are a lot of moving parts to the visa application process, and it's not always possible to be in front of a computer to check-in on a case.
For employees whose companies already use Envoy Global, the Envoy Mobile app gives you the features needed to check the progress of a visa application at any time from a mobile phone. After downloading and logging in with the same credentials you use for the Envoy web platform, the mobile app can be used to:
• View the status of a case
• Upload required case documents
• View messages in Communication Center
• Post a message for an Envoy-affiliated attorney or in-country expert
• Retrieve current I-94 information directly from USCBP
• View expiration dates for current status and passport
• Upload documents to the Personal Document Library
• Receive notifications for case status updates and for new messages

It works when it works!! Need some improvements.
When you are doing a targeted release make sure you are not disabling all versions of the app. This morning I got a message while opening the app that I need to update to latest version. But up on checking AppStore there was no update available. This could only mean that the slow rolling of the app vs the disabling of older versions are not coordinated, rendering the app useless for me.
Great app
This app is really easy to use and helpful to keep track of important visa expiration dates at one place. I love this feature of retrieving I-94 information from USCBP website with the click of a single button. Comm center provides me an excellent way to get in touch with an immigrant expert quickly. Its useful to have all of my cases listed along with their exact activity and milestone steps. I would like to thank Envoy Global for creating such an awesome and user-friendly app.

Login Fixed!
They finally fixed the login issue that people have been reporting! I love that I can see my case and get updates from my legal team. It’d be awesome if it would send me notifications about my case status or if I could log in using faceid.
