Hi guys. May seem a stupid question but, since the game is divided in chapters, i need to download the main 4th chapter and the older ones and put them all in a folder or what?

No, don't put them in same folder. Just treat the chapters 1, 2, 3, 4 as different games. Start with Chapter 1 game. The chapters are more like seasons.

very strange. judging by the name there should be a lot of sleepy sex in the game, because melatonin is for people to sleep more deeply, which would allow having sex with them while they are sleeping - as it happened in the sandbox "a family venture" but in the list of tags there is neither "rape" nor "sleepy sex". then forgive me, why is the word Melatonin in the title? or am I misunderstanding something?

Sorry for the confusion. There are very few teases, like "No boys allowed!", "I will not be touched", but it isn't actual NTR. From the developer notes:
There are unavoidable lesbian H scenes in this game, don't play or download if you don't like that kink. Be aware this is not female NTR, no girls are stealing your Harem members from you, only that the girls get horny around you because you're such a boss. You only have two hands, after all, they need to pass the time somehow.
