Yograj Singh Sets Hard Fitness Challenge For Rohit Sharma: 'If You Make Me India's...'
The Indian team came under scrutiny after their poor run of form in red-ball cricket, where they suffered an unprecedented 0-3 whitewash at home against New Zealand and then a 3-1 defeat Down Under.

Former cricketer Yograj Singh has said that if one makes him the coach of the Indian team, he would use the likes of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli to make the team an unbeatable one, even when the veterans have received quite a lot of flak in recent times due to their inconsistent form.
Yograj‘s comments came during a recent podcast with former Punjab cricketer Taruwar Kohli on his podcast Find A Way.

Yograj promised that if he were given the chance to serve as the head coach of the national team, he would transform it into an unbeatable side using the same players.
“If you make me the coach of the Indian team, I will use these same players to transform it into a side that will be unbeatable for ages. Who will bring out their capabilities? Because people are always ready to throw them out of the team—drop Rohit Sharma or drop Kohli—but why?" Yograj asked.

“They are going through a rough patch, and I want to tell my kids that I am with you. I’ll tell them Let’s play Ranji Trophy, or I will make Rohit run 20 km. Nobody does that," Yograj said.
Meanwhile, Rohit is expected to lead the India senior side in England despite his modest outings and two Test series losses to New Zealand and Australia.
A few of India’s frontline players might be part of the A team, which will face the England Lions in two four-day games during the May-June window in preparation for the five-match Test series.
India will start their 45-day trip to England with the first Test at Headingley on June 20, as they will try to win the first away series at the Old Blighty in 18 years.
All the prominent Indian cricketers are contracted with their respective Indian Premier League franchises at the moment, as the league’s knockouts will be played on May 20, 21 23 before the final on May 25.
